One of the most important competition Ferraris of all time, a 1956 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Competizione “Tour de France,” will be offered off at RM Auctions’ London sale on September 8.

The eighth of only nine 1956 250 GT TdFs ever built to compete in the famed French race, it has been completely restored and is eligible for every historic motoring event in the world, including the Mille Miglia.

“In many ways, the TdF is the ultimate symbol of Ferrari’s long pursuit of perfecting the dual-purpose sports car,” says RM’s Augustin Sabatié-Garat, noting that examples very rarely make their way to the open market.

So beg, borrow or steal $7.5 million, son—this is your big chance…
