Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance has seen its highest attendance rate ever this year with international visitors and a slew of brands wanting to get in on the exclusivity. (It’s not without its irony.)

But to stand out these days, you really have to bring something special. And that’s exactly what Jaguar did.

Jaguar’s kickoff party was essentially a 2014 highlight reel. Headlining the soiree was the 550hp Range Rover Sport SVR, the US production version of the F-Type Project 7, and one of the newly built ’63 Lightweight E-types.

All three are products JLR’s newly founded Special Vehicles Operations. We’d say they’re off to a good start.

Here’s a video/ear porn of said Range Rover doing laps at Silverstone. Because we wouldn’t hold out on you, would we?
