Venerable Spanish motorbike maker Bultaco, which folded in 1983, is being reborn to build a beautiful new series of electric bikes.

With help from Barcelona’s GN Tech Design SL, they plan to launch the new Rapitán powered by a brushless electric motor with 54 horsepower and 92 pound-feet of torque on tap, a 90-mile-per-hour top speed and regenerative braking.

An onboard charger will take the lithium-ion battery from zero to charged in three and a half to five hours for a combined range of 87 miles.
