The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America gets underway this weekend at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

The North American series, in its second season, will compete at the iconic circuit in Northern California for the first time with a record grid of 15 Lambos.

Two 50-minute races are scheduled for competitors in the ridiculously fast Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo cars, powered by a 570-horsepower V10 engine.

Winners will move on to the North American championship and a spot in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo World Final in Malaysia in November, where they’ll take on the European and Asian champs.
