Back in September, we told you about the return of Lister Cars, one of the greatest names in British sports racing, after a 25-year hiatus.
The company, founded by George Lister in 1954, is gearing up to build a new version of the legendary “Knobbly” Lister-Jaguar that made racing history in the 1950s.
As part of the relaunch, Lister has just launched a tribute to its 60th anniversary, including this pic of the late former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher trying out the cockpit of a Lister in the late ’80s.
No doubt she heard it could out-drag a D-Type…
