Artcurial’s awesome Retromobile sale in Paris takes place Friday, which leaves you exactly 48 hours to get your hands on a set of a celebrity wheels—in this case, famed French designer Philippe Starck’s vintage Fiat beach buggy.
Built in 1972, the Shellette is one of just 80 examples ever made for the Saint-Tropez set to tool around in, and reeks of La Dolce Vita; Gianni Agnelli himself had one very similar.
Constructed with a Fiat 850 chassis and engine, it features a custom full-wicker interior.
It’s expected to bring in up to about $55,000.
We’ve no idea why Starck is selling the thing—he probably has three more—but you don’t really need more reason to get your ass in it pronto…
