A green Ferrari is not something you see every day.
You’re looking at one now from RM Auction’s upcoming Arizona sale on January 18 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix.
It’s a rare 1954 Ferrari 250 Europa Coupe, one of just 16 c
oupes produced and recipient of a Platinum award at Cavallino, all of which goes a long way toward explaining the $1 million presale estimate.
The 250 Europa was the first road-going Ferrari identified by the now legendary 250 designation, and is also widely regarded as the first true Ferrari Gran Turismo.
And in the green jacket, it’s really a pupil-popper…
