The 45th anniversary of Mercedes-Benz’s first SL model can’t go uncelebrated.
Well, at least by five very wealthy types who can cough up about $580,000 for one of the limited-edition SLS AMG GT3 racers being built by hand to mark the occasion.
Acres of carbon fiber are wrapped around an AMG 6.2-liter V8 for some serious speed, though the low-key matte paint job keeps it all in stealth mode.
Of course, the enormous spoiler on the back might be a bit of a giveaway…
