At the Paris Motor Show, Rolls-Royce just unveiled some new special editions inspired by the Art Deco era.
The “highly bespoke” Phantom Saloon, Phantom Drophead Coupé and Ghost models (above) are an homage to the 1925 Paris Exhibition or Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes that gave the Art Deco movement its name.
The two-tone blue and silver Ghost features handcrafted marquetry inlays among other touches for an added bit of Jazz Age pizazz.
After all, F. Scott Fitzgerald drove a Rolls, though he often passed out in the car when returning from some soirée or other before he could make it home to bed….
