Six historically significant motorcycles from an important private collection will be featured in Bonhams’ auction at the Classic Motorcycle Show in Stafford, UK, on April 29.

The eclectic assemblage of bikes was put together over the last few years by the owner of a private museum.

Pictured here are two Vincents spanning almost the entire period of v-twin production at the famed marque.

The 1939 998cc HRD Rapide Series A (left) is one of only 50 or so survivors out of fewer than 80 made, and is expected to fetch up to about $350,000.

The 1955 998cc Black Shadow (right) is the last Series C example of the iconic model, and is expected to bring in about $160,000.

Either way, you’ll be getting a thoroughbred British beauty between your legs…
