A new museum sited on the birthplace of the legendary Enzo Ferrari in Modena recently opened, making it the new mecca for prancing horse pilgrims.

The Fondazione Casa Natale Enzo Ferrari is dedicated to preserving the memory of the legendary industrialist and racer.

In addition to various exhibits, it houses a rotating display of Ferrari road and race cars borrowed from independent collectors, and a number of Enzo’s own artifacts.

Designed by Czech architect Jan Kaplický, the yellow-roofed building is painted the color of the Ferrari logo and designed to evoke the hood of one of his iconic sportscars.

We might just have to borrow that idea for our new garage…
