New for 2013: the 6 Series Gran Coupe, BMW‘s long-awaited, two-fingered salute to the Porsche Panamera, Maserati Quattroporte, Audi A7 and Mercedes-Benz CLS.
The new four-door, 4+1 seat addition to the 6 Series range kicks off with the TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder-powered 640i Gran Coupe, arriving early this summer.
Later in the year, the TwinPower Turbo V-8-powered 650i Gran Coupe and the all-wheel-drive 650i xDrive Gran Coupe will join the fray.

The inline six-cylinder engine 640i Gran Coupe features a maximum power rating of 315 hp at 5,800 to 6,000 rpm and high peak torque of 330 lb-ft, on stream between 1,300 and 4,500 rpm.
Translation: it can do 0 to 62 mph in just 5.4 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.
