Bonhams’ Fine Watches, Wristwatches, and Clocks including Property from a Distinguished Collection in New York and San Francisco on December 8 will feature a trio of highly desirable Heuer chronographs from the 1970s.
Among the offerings is a Monza chronograph (above left), a special limited watch made to celebrate Niki Lauda’s 1975 Formula One title, estimated at up to $3,000.

Also up for grabs, a black-dial Autavia model automatic (above right), designed in honor of the British racing driver Derek Bell, who received the watch while driving in the classic motorsports flick Le Mans, estimated at up to $4,000.
