Human train wreck Charlie Sheen recently got his career back on track, landing the leading role in the upcoming FX series Anger Management.
Now he’s aiming to improve his image as well by donating his prized 1966 Mustang to a good cause.
Leading charity auction site charitybuzz is auctioning the actor’s stunning convertible to raise funds for California-based children’s charity C5LA.
The actor’s prized wheels are being auctioned off for charity
Sheen restored the Mustang to complete Nascar specifications in 2006, including a 650 hp powertrain, and added his signature on the dashboard for the final touch.
The one-of-a-kind vehicle is estimated at $283,000.
The auction launched this week at http://www.charitybuzz.com/catalog_items/284410 and runs through Thursday, November 17th.
No doubt the kids will appreciate it, but we’re what they’d really like to do is take it for a spin….
