Continuing our coverage of Bob Gruen‘s outrageously alluring new book Rock Seen, we bring you another iconic pairing:

“In the Sixties I was a Rolling Stones fan, but I liked The Who more because they came to the States and played more often,” Gruen notes.
“I went to every show within a hundred miles of New York.”
