One of only two short-chassis Spider Corsas ever built, completed less than a year after Ferrari S.p.A. was founded, it boasts a colorful competition history.

Not strictly all original, as Carrozzeria Scaglietti gave it new coachwork c.1956, true connoisseurs will value it all the more as the vehicle was an experimental platform for the latest generation of sports car bodies.
Nonetheless, the fact that it was re-bodied means a disarmingly low estimate of $1.5 – $2 million; but don’t be surprised if some enterprising tycoon ends up doling out double that….
