Two of our favorite American brands, Levi’s and Filson, have just released the second installation of their Levi’s Workwear by Filson collaboration, a capsule collection featuring iconic styles and materials from their heritage.
Composed of five different pieces, the collection will debut in limited quantities as of next week at Levi’s and Filson stores, and online at www.filson.com and www.levi.com.
Here’s a preview of our favorite item, the Hunter Trucker, a hybrid of Levi’s famous Trucker Jacket and Filson’s legendary Hunting Jacket.

With multi-functional game and map pockets, it’s made of Filson’s famed from 8.5 oz. oil finish Shelter Cloth in their signature Otter Green to match our favorite bag (below).
Of course it requires the proper automotive accompaniment, accouterments, armaments and after “work” refreshment.
We recommend a great American pickup like the Ford F150, a pair of Le Chameau Chasseur boots, a Caesar Guerini 20-gauge, and a bottle of Russell’s Reserve small batch bourbon for the job.
Time to climb in your truck and bag something….
