The Swiss Alps are the place to be for motoring enthusiasts this season with a number of stylish events and some high-octane extras at the chic Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz.

For starters, the 18th British Classic Car Meeting takes place in the posh resort town from July 8–10, with a Concours d’Elégance on the Sunday on Via Serlas directly in front of the historic hotel.

The  from September 3–8, 25 members of the English Supercar Club will drive through Austria, Italy and Switzerland on the Tour Alpina, ending up at the Via Serlas for admirers to ogle their machines.

Between the two events Badrutt’s Palace, a favorite of celebs and royalty alike since its opening in 1896, has some automotive offerings of its own for guests who want to make the most of the famed Alpine passes.

This summer guests of the hotel will be able to test-drive German-built Wiesmann roadsters (below) around the region, the perfect vehicle for enjoying the impressive scenery.

They’re also offering a new Drivers’ Delight package including special car care for those who bring their own stylish wheels.

And finally every guest of Badrutt’s is met at the train station or airport and driven in style to their lodgings in a fleet of Rolls-Royces (above), including a 1968 Phantom (center) that originally belonged to the British royal family.
