The vintage Aston Martin convertible that just took center stage at the Royal Wedding with Prince William at the wheel was the highlight of the event as far as we’re concerned.
An even nicer classic Aston will be offered by Bonhams during its annual sale of Collectors’ Motor Cars and Automobilia at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 1.

The rare 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Cabriolet, previously owned by legendary Grand Prix and sports-racing driver Innes Ireland, is expected to fetch up to $1.2 million.
One of only two DB2/4s known to have been bodied in this style by famed Italian coachbuilder Bertone, it has a distinctively Dolce Vita flair we find particularly appealing.
Now about that million bucks you owe us….
