The world’s fastest new Audi isn’t a motorcar, it’s a motorboat – this multi-hulled yacht drafted by Germany’s Stephanie Behringer and developed under the supervision of Audi Concept Design in Munich.
The 49-ft. Audi Trimaran yacht consists of a main center hull supported by two smaller outrigger hulls on either side of the boat, each housing a jet ski.
The 49-ft. Audi Trimaran motoryacht powered by Audi TDI diesel engines
The craft is driven by two efficient and lightweight Audi TDI (turbo-charged injection) diesel engines of the same type found in the marque’s vehicles, while the jet skis are electric driven, making for a top speed of about 30 knots.
Tempting, but we don’t think we’ll trade in our R8 just yet….
