Steve McQueen’s former hideaway, a 15.5 acre ranch in Santa Paula, California complete with a vineyard and stables where the King of Cool moved to escape the hardships of Hollywood in 1979, has been listed for sale at $799,999.
The property also includes the actor’s 4,200 sq.-ft. airplane hangar, which once housed McQueen’s car and motorcycle collection as well as his beloved Stearman biplane (above, with new paintjob and below in original yellow) that he flew nearly every morning, legendary Jaguar XK-SS (above) and more.

The 1892 Victorian main residence features high ceilings, oversized windows, and many period details throughout including a collection of antique stained glass windows.
